You would be joining a team dedicated to “making it better” every day.
We are looking for a licensed nurse, physical therapist or occupational therapist who has a wound care certification to service facilities in a designated region. The ideal candidate will live within the region and travel to facility locations across multiple cities. Day travel and some overnights will be required including some early morning wound rounds based on the facility’s schedule. If needed, travel arrangements are made and paid for through our travel management system, with reimbursement of incidental expenses.

We provide full PPE for each of our employees who are conducting facility visits. We also provide tools for telehealth for those facilities that need to be serviced remotely.
The ideal Wound and Product Specialist:
- Must possess a valid Wound Care certification (WOCN, WCC, CWS).
- Must possess a valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM or similar.)
- Must have experience in long-term care.
- Must have exemplary customer service skills.
- Must be business savvy, sales-minded.
- Must be moderately experienced with technology.
- Must be a self-starter and work independently.
- Must be hard-working and motivated.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must live in the area designated and be willing to travel on a daily basis, with some overnight stays.
Responsibilities:
- Working with long-term care facilities in a designated territory to assist with wound assessments and treatment decisions.
- Monitoring proper application and utilization of wound care products.
- Understanding Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines.
- Educating facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements.
- Ordering wound care products through our internal system “Fastcare” for the residents to receive their products
- Supporting facilities wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and understanding of the wound care products coverage guidelines.
