Ridgefield Partners is a Denver-based middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm with a national reach.
We are searching for a Financial Analyst with skills in financial modeling, project presentations, project valuation, and financial statement analysis. In this role, you will provide valuations of client companies, prepare pitchbook for client meetings, including M&A and LBO pitchbooks, build financial models and perform financial analysis.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Provide valuation analysis, including discounted cash flows, relative valuations, asset valuations, comparables, and transaction multiples.
- Prepare pitchbooks, including M&A and LBO pitchbooks, confidential information memorandum, and other detailed descriptions of opportunities Ridgefield is bringing to market.
- Build financial models, including models of a complex nature, requiring solid knowledge of accounting and financing instruments.
- Monitor Ridgefield verticals for current events, valuations, and important financial information.
- Coordinate with clients for financial data and analysis.
- Travel for client meetings and industry research.
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- At least 2-years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
- Comprehensive ability to work in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- A flair for statistics and data manipulation.
- Confident presentation abilities.
- Thorough understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A team player who can work independently.
Hours and Compensation:
This is a full time position, in-person at our office in the Denver Tech Center area (South Denver). Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Does occasionally require travel.
Pay is based on experience, starting pay range is Salary of $60,000 - $75,000 plus benefits. Significant room for growth in this role.
