We are currently looking for an Operations and Customer Service Agent.
The primary duties include providing exceptional service to our customers and working through our vendors to make our promises happen! This involves everything in the entire process of both domestic and international freight forwarding including accurately quoting, arranging, routing, tracking, costing and rating shipments.

Hours, Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time position, in-person/in-office position, averaging 40-50 hours a week. M - F, standard business hours.
On-call hours may be required, once every 7-8 weeks on rotation, on-call hours are done remotely, employee is provided a computer and cell for remote on-call hours.
The salary range for these positions is $45k - $60k, depending on experience. We offer insurance benefits: dental, health and vision. We offer paid holidays along with Paid Time Off.
