What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Specialist position at Hiregy?

Location: St. Petersburg, 33716 - WFH Flexible
3 days in the office, usually Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00

Hours: 8-5

Type: Contract to Hire

Job duties:

  • Investigate complaints to identify issues or concerns and gather all necessary information to determine the best action
  • Effectively communicate with customers and partners verbally or in writing to investigate issues, follow up when necessary, and provide resolution
  • Maintain a record for each contact and appropriately document support provided
  • Review and analyze negative customer experiences and associated data to identify root causes, trends, anomalies, and opportunities for customer excellence.
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Qualtrics is a bonus
  • Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not required

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ work experience in customer service or related field
  • 2 years’ experience directly handling escalated customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
