Sales Representative

Pay Structure: Commission-based only.

Salary Range or Commission Structure: Scaled commission based on margins. Breakdown will be provided during interview. Base pay will be provided for the first month.

Description of Positional Duties:

• Support and manage teams of outside sales representatives.
• Track and analyze numerical data relating to sales performance.
• Hold team meetings, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and conduct training sessions for sales team members.
• Accurately record and report relevant data to leadership.
• Develop and improve sales strategies.
• Independently scout storm-affected areas and prospect roofing opportunities.
• Coordinate property inspections, estimates, and advocate for the company during the insurance claim process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters, develop project scopes, and finalize contracts with property owners.
• Gain proficiency in advanced roofing systems and estimate related exterior trades (siding, gutters, windows).
• Document all activities in CRM and project management systems.
• Support project management and accounts receivable tasks as required.

Work Location or Operational Area: Northeast Texas

Position Snapshot (optional): Creating organic leads will depend on the Sales Manager’s approach. Door Knocking, relationship building in communities, real estate manager contacts, real estate agent contacts, and other creative ways of connecting with people. Bring your ideas.

Minimum Relevant Experience: 1 year of sales in a commission-based environment. Construction experience is also an asset. Honest and reliable. Great communication required.

Educational Prerequisites: High school or equivalent.

Salary: $43,888.03 - $95,000.00 per year
