A day in the life as a Senior Marketing Strategist
Each day at HireLevel will be different but the focus will remain the same, marketing lead generation through quality content distribution that drives revenue. We work to get you up to speed on our solutions to be able to successfully create and roll out marketing campaigns, build lead generation programs, and effectively implement and measure automations within HubSpot. This includes campaign development, growth strategy, content writing, marketing automation, supporting the development of the marketing plan, and more.
What you need to be qualified for this job
To be qualified for this job, you must consider yourself "data driven and creative," with a competitive drive, highly organized, and the ability to think outside the box. You will be leading our automation efforts, implementing the latest best practices, and supporting essential marketing operations initiatives such as the lead lifecycle, lead nurturing through content creation, segmentation, and data health management. Analytic skills and basic reporting knowledge are a plus as you will report and create recommendations to continually improve campaigns related to goals, KPI's, and benchmarks for the marketing team.
- Inbound Marketing: Successfully create and roll out marketing campaigns, build lead generation programs, and effectively implement and measure automations within HubSpot.
- Copywriting and Content Creation: Craft compelling and pertinent content across multiple channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and beyond.
- Data Proficiency: Demonstrate interest in utilizing data, analytics, and insights to shape and evaluate creative concepts; collaborate with relevant team members to offer suggestions for enhancement and advancement. Establish an ROI assessment strategy to evaluate the effectiveness of pivotal strategies on driving sales growth.
- Marketing Strategy: Participate in the development of marketing plan(s) and contribute to objectives, strategies, and tactics that will push new products to market
That's not all, this position also requires you to be able to be a "storyteller" and understand our buyer personas, with the ability to engage our audiences with excellent written communication skills, solid grammar, and proofreading capabilities.
Other Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication, or other related disciplines
- Skill in data analysis to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Proven knowledge of sales and marketing strategic planning.
- Polished writing and proofreading skills
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience that can span in managing marketing automation data, or working directly with sales ops and sales enablement professionals to bridge the gap between marketing and sales
- Proven record of managing HubSpot for mid-size business
- HubSpot training and certifications are a plus
- Experience using HubSpot, and other marketing automation platforms to clearly communicate marketing automation recommendations to stakeholders and delivering decks that articulate strategy, challenges, progress against plan, and marketing automation gap analysis against best practice.
