What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Assistant position at HireNow Staffing?
As an integral part of the operations team, this individual will be responsible for maintaining the plant and cleaning our equipment to support our goal of plant efficiency, safety, cleanliness and quality in products and services.
This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- General cleaning and sanitization of designated building areas and equipment
- Performing basic building maintenance including some painting
- Maintaining parking lots and building grounds
- Stocking and maintaining janitorial supply room
- Assisting in moving and organizing products in the warehouse as needed
- Assisting production team with projects as needed
- Must be a self-starter with pride in his/her work.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the job including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout shift.
- Must be able to use ladders and operate lifts as needed to clean all parts of the building and warehouse.
- Must be able to pass Physical Ability Test, background check and pre-employment drug testing.
Mon/Fri
Shift is 12pm/8:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
