Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests using precision measuring instruments
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines
- Stay updated on FDA regulations and industry best practices related to quality assurance
- Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other specialized equipment as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, quality control, and quality assurance principles
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Hours:
6:30am - 3:45pm 1st shift
6:45pm - 5:00am 2nd shift
