Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with a strong understanding of the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests
- Assist in bussing tables when needed
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill processing
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation standards
- Willingness to assist team members in various tasks as needed
