Fast food Company seeking experienced Payroll manager to assist in payroll processing for 3000 employees. $85,000.00 / year Direct Hire.
- Prepares shared payroll for roughly 3000 multi state employees; shares about 100 locations
- Maintains employee/payroll records
- Processes voluntary and involuntary payroll deductions such as garnishments, levies, medical deductions, etc.
- Assists with quarter/year end payroll audit & reconciliation
- Provides back up support to other locations to resolve any issues they may have and to ensure proper payroll guidelines are being followed and enforced
- Tracks Paid Time Off (PTO) for employees and answer any PTO related questions
- Provides general payroll support to department and finance team overall as requested by management.
- Maintains payroll and HRIS system
- Paycor experience preferred
