- Incidents, problem, and knowledge management
- Should have experience with Service Desk/ITSM
- Familiar with how workflows can be customized, automated and integrated to various functions and route to teams automatically based on problem key word or problem type
- Should have experience with JQL
- Service Now experience is preferred
