Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
- Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
