HireWorks is partnered with a client in Coppell, TX that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their rapidly growing team. This is an opportunity to assist with a team of innovative whiteboard creators who are always looking to improve their current systems and help you grow!
Duties:
- Creates quotes for potential client orders
- Communicates with clients to ensure proper discount rates and accurate orders
- Answers calls to transfer to various locations
- Enters sales orders into CRM
- Organizes and maintains documentation of client orders
Qualifications:
- Ability to process orders that may require manual calculation of percentages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adept in using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Positive demeanor even when facing challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
