About the Role
We're looking for an Artworker & Content Creator / Graphic Designer to sit within the Bespoke Packaging team. You will sit in the middle of a short "production-to-delivery" cycle, working with the sales team, clients and factories to ensure accuracy in artwork and packaging design. Your role will involve a wide variety of tasks, predominantly involved in preparing and creating artwork visuals and mock ups for a wide range of independent and blue chip clients. You will be given the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative and conceptual design projects too.
As well as artwork for clients, you will also get to work on all aspects of marketing, customer communications and brand growth. Working alongside a team of marketeers you will be responsible for putting together a wide range of design based tasks as well as content creation. The main focus of this role is to create artwork visuals and digital proofs for clients, but you will also be required to produce digital and print based marketing collateral and some elements of web design.

Main Responsibilities:
•Creating digital artwork, visuals and proofs for a range of packaging products for clients
•Facilitating project management of artwork through proof stage to plates/screens
•To carry out correct and regular filing of digital files
•Designing marketing collateral as required by the business, including banners, newsletters, flyers and image clean up
•Creating photography concepts and coming up with creative ideas
•To show knowledge in areas such as layout, colours & styles and typography
•Meeting deadlines and monitoring results as well as adjusting campaigns in real time
•Competitor and market research tasks
•Idea generation from scratch with the ability to proactively see the idea through and rally internal support
•Must be prepared to articulate points thoughtfully and confidently to any member of staff for the good of the business
Required Knowledge and Experience:
•A creative portfolio of design work
•Good knowledge and understanding of Adobe Suite (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator & Dreamweaver)
•Passion for marketing and proactively keeping up with latest industry trends
•Proficient and demonstrable knowledge of MS Office
•Commercial awareness
•Good IT Skills
•Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
•Ability to work to a brief and meet tight deadlines
•Ability to find practical solutions to problems and prioritise
•Ability to work with a team as well as take own initiative
•Solid organisational skills
•Able to work under pressure accurately
•Ability to assimilate information and apply it where applicable
•Must be motivated, inquisitive and an active learner
•Must be creative, able to generate ideas from scratch and imaginative

•Location: Barnet, EN4 9PA
•Usual Working Hours: 09:00 -17:30, Monday to Friday
•Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on experience)
