What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mailroom Clerk position at Hiring Scouts?
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mon- Fri)
Type: 3 months (temp to perm)
Summary:
- Mailroom duties: digital mail scanning, sorting mail, emailing customers, and completing physical mail deliveries.
- Logging packages into the tracking system.
- There is some extensive standing and walking, must be able to lift 50lbs assistance is available.
- Operates high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, operates high volume document imaging equipment and related software.
- Operates High volume mail management systems. Generates reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format.
- Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
