We are looking for a versatile digital marketer who excels in managing paid advertising, SEO, website administration, and HubSpot operations, with a strong analytical mindset and obsession for driving measurable results.

Our marketing team is responsible for driving client success through channel partner marketing as well as generating qualified leads in a highly specialized market. Our digital marketer will be integral to our inbound marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility, generate quality leads, and ultimately contribute to the organization's growth.

HiringThing operates in a flexible environment where employees can be active and hands-on, supporting and guiding the growth of our established startup. Our company is fully remote without any physical offices.

Responsibilities

This multifaceted role encompasses responsibilities in paid advertising, SEO, website administration, and HubSpot administration.

  • Achieve “Immaculate Inbound Lead Generation” by optimizing the prospect journey and experience across all digital channels and touchpoints
  • Generate and share reports on campaign performance, SEO rankings, lead generation,  conversion metrics, and other KPIs
  • Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools
  • Be unafraid to try something new
  • Adhere to the digital marketing budget

Paid Advertising

  • Optimize existing paid search, display, and remarketing campaigns across various platforms (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn)
  • Plan and implement new paid advertising strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to maximize campaign performance

Search Engine Optimization

  • Identify and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings
  • Optimize website and blog to increase rankings for our most important web pages and keywords
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure it aligns with the target audience and goals

Website Administration

  • Build new web pages and landing pages in support of user journey optimization, digital campaigns, and paid advertising
  • Manage website updates and maintenance
  • Monitor and optimize website performance
  • Partner with freelance developers on advanced projects and updates

HubSpot Administration

  • Manage and optimize the company's HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Improve existing and deploy new sales and marketing processes within HubSpot
  • Support sales and marketing's use of HubSpot including list building and management, campaign management, building emails and workflows, etc
  • Partner with the engineering team to further optimize data transfer via API

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B marketing at a SaaS company
  • Demonstrable experience managing PPC and SEO/SEM
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and/or HubSpot certifications are a plus
  • Experience in SEO and optimizing user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate well in a team-oriented environment with 100% remote colleagues
