Our ideal candidate has strong customer service and recruiting experience coupled with organizational skills and a knack for identifying great talent. We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented team player.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track progress
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
- Research and implement best practices for recruiting and talent acquisition
Requirements and Skills:
-Recruiting experience (1 years)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Ability to research and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote the organization to potential candidates
