CTI Business Operations enables technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTI's strategy, goals, and performance metrics. This is achieved through the provision of commercial aspects of CTI, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications.

In the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) Workforce Management team we support our business by enabling technology managers across the organization to effectively lead their resources and deliver their commitments in support of our strategy, goals and performance metrics. We are currently seeking a talented individual to drive and enhance our Workforce Management processes and initiatives while supporting other Business Management functions across the globe.

The Workforce Management Team Member will be part of the CTI Business Operations team. This person will assist with Workforce Management, Productivity & Financial Tracking, Data Analysis, Reporting, and Process Improvement. The role will collaborate with CTI leadership team members, regional and global Finance partners, and members of the wider Business Management community across CTI. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong overall business insight, project & program management knowledge, and be self-directed and self-confident.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Contribute to key business processes such as financial management, asset management, headcount & resource management, expense and recoveries management
  • Help facilitate workforce management including headcount analysis and forecasting (employees and 3rd party non-employees), composition of 3rd party managed services, resource locations strategy (in alignment to enterprise objectives), workforce real-estate forecasts, talent management and organization development, and actively manage impact of organizational changes
  • Prepare and publish ad-hoc reports, metrics, presentations, and internal communications as required
  • Assist with managing to plans/targets, identifying risk and providing transparency in reporting
  • Provide in-depth analysis and critical thinking by defining problems, developing creative solutions and making recommendations that influence decisions of key business partners
  • Constantly review documentation and suggest improvements or more efficient ways to carry out reporting & analytics activities through an innovative and proactive approach to optimizing processes
  • Implement and maintain a streamlined workforce management reporting framework across CTI, including balanced scorecards and dashboards
  • Manage regular or ad hoc requests in terms of liaison with functional partners, tracking and reporting progress frequently
  • Help ensure information relating to Business Operations and the wider organization is kept current, applicable and available through efficient use of Intranet and SharePoint sites
  • Complete all tasks in connection with the organization's activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct or matrix managers
  • Champion partnership & collaboration with team, so as to drive excellent results

Skills:

  • Analytic skills including trend analysis and data quality validation methodologies; ability to package analyzed data in graphics with insightful commentary to engage senior leadership
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge required, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, both in writing and verbally
  • Process improvement experience (Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Attention to detail that will be utilized to assist in data quality control and documentation consistency
  • Self-directed, motivated and managed; ability to deal with imperfect information and make decisions to work towards successful conclusions
  • Demonstrated ability to work with broad range of functional teams and leadership styles
  • Ability to take assignment from senior leaders and work independently to frame material and/or manage resolution
  • Comfortable working in rapidly changing environment and ability to handle constant pressure, juggle multiple demands
  • Self-confidence to ask insightful questions to understand and challenge ideas to make sure the business solution is solid; strong overall business acumen will help resource to be successful

Competencies:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant years of experience.
  • Will be highly-motivated, strong performer with a proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams
  • Should demonstrate a dedication to quality, attention to detail and continuous improvement
  • Ability to support multiple programs/projects concurrently and cultivate a team atmosphere
  • Self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision
  • Take responsibility for ensuring things are done, overcoming obstacles and challenges
  • Strong work organization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to be comfortable and adaptive with ambiguity
  • Intermediate/advanced English

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
