You Are:
A skilled utility industry practitioner with the know how to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You have the experience, creativity, and analytical power to design and implement the next generation of real-time grid management (SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS) solutions: your bread and butter are the utility solution designs underlying the real time grid management selection, implementation, and maintenance. You are not afraid to imagine next-gen solutions powered by artificial intelligence and automation. In fact, every day you are looking for opportunities to challenge the status quo and you are not satisfied with step change. You are a storyteller, inspiring teams as you design and implement complex solutions, along with sharing your vision and new ways of thinking. You have a proven track record of assembling diverse, high-octane teams that harness people's strength and deliver radical insight. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation, and you are ready to partner at client sites.

The Work:

• Act as a lead Solution / Integration Architect to create the integrated solution architecture for a new ADMS, DERMS, SCADA and/or EMS system.
• Work with vendor and client architecture teams to define solution options, drive consensus across parties, and manage the key business decision making process.
• Facilitate client approval of the overall solution blueprint.
• Work closely with integration leads around overall integration architecture and approach.
• Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative grid management solutions to our clients.
• Be a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture leaders.
• Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally.
• Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line; for business and IT.
• Integrate business data to discover new insight and enable evidence-based business decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electric utilities industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with real-time grid management (ADMS/DERMS/SCADA/EMS)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture
• Bachelor's degree

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

New York - Albany $121,400 to $269,500

New York City $151,800 to $336,900

Washington $139,600 to $309,900
