Liquidity Technology Project Manager - Tampa - C13/VP (Hybrid)

The Liquidity Technology Senior IT Project Manager is senior level (VP) position responsible for maintaining a book of work across a number of application systems in coordination with the Technology team, CRM teams, Automation Team, and across departments within Citi.

The Senior IT Project Manager is a pivotal role within the fast-growing Test Center of Excellence (TCOE) team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of the team, he/she will provide oversight on day-to-day team activities, regularly recommend continuous improvement opportunities for the team, ensure the team is adhering to the necessary controls required by Citi standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with test team and administer all processes and procedures and ensure compliance to all quality goals and manage all projects
• Prepare reports for all projects statistics on monthly basis and analyze all project metric data and provide training to all project members
• Create presentation decks and present to a wider audience on a regular basis.
• Evaluate all escalates issues if required and provide training to all project teams and perform required audits and perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actions. This includes bug leakage reports.
• Prepare reports for all resource utilization and develop all project estimates and schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders and participate in various meeting
• May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.
• Manage all communication with business partners and management to achieve all project objectives
• Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed
• Create and maintain - weekly team progress status, BOW, PTS, resource allocation, and team velocity
• Take ownership and schedule Daily stand-up call, Project Planning Call, Mid Sprint Review, Retrospective call
• Ensure cross-functional highly visible projects for the team are meeting the targeted milestones and the progress is reported timely and accurately in the correct department forums
• Act as a backup to QCOE Manager
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in Software Development Technology
• 5-8 years experience working on Project Management methodologies
• 5 years experience with Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations
• 5 years experience working with Agile/scrum/Kanban
• 3 years experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong experience working with vendor management both onshore and offshore
• Strong Data Mining Knowledge (SQL/ETL)
• PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification or working toward certification

• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
• Ability to work under pressure and competing priorities
• Experience managing projects in a Quality Assurance area is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
