The Service Delivery Operations Team Lead is responsible for daily supervision of a team e.g. delivery, process. They manage the workload of the team, may make work assignments, and have responsibility for developing team members. This job also operates as a subject matter expert and may be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations. The job manages effective internal external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility. This job also exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.

Job Description

• Acting as a workflow coordinator for Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities and issues
• Identifying training needs
• Setting staff goals, objectives and expectations
• Facilitating and attending team meetings in accordance with Management Operating System
• Providing ideas for continuous process improvement and cost-to-serve enhancement
• Managing team of individuals and providing real time feedback development

Job Requirements

• Must be a Citizen of the United States

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2 years experience with MS Office suite to include Excel and Outlook
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a Lead/Team Lead/Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Excel to include formulas and pivot tables
• Experience in Client Relationship Management
• Experience in employee/team growth and development

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
