Were seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Analysis I to join our People team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Configure and maintain the Oracle HCM Core HR module, ensuring it aligns with organizational processes and policies, and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate and customize by working with HR stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into system configurations and integrate with other systems.
• Test and document system configurations thoroughly to validate against business requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation for reference and training purposes.
• Train and support HR staff and end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting to ensure effective use of the Oracle HCM system.
• Update and optimize by staying informed on Oracle HCM updates and patches, proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements, and utilizing database knowledge for performance optimization.
• Provide exceptional service with timely production support and issue resolution, maintaining HCM Data Loader files for data imports, and ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with SaaS HCM systems, either in system configuration or as an advanced user, coupled with a strong understanding of HR processes. Oracle HCM Cloud experience is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle database administration, SQL, and familiarity with HDL/HSDL.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with experience leading small to medium projects.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
