As a member of one of the worlds largest Workday-certified teams, youll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, youll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Reporting Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

• Lead a team of one other Reporting consultants on one or more project teams
• Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the WorkdayCloudHCM & Financials system
• Reporting on Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
• Create and report on ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
• Lead in the validation of reporting data loaded into Workday
• Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
• Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
• Closelyfollow the strategic directionset by leadership when establishing Workday project goals
• Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
• Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Heres what you need:

• Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Minimum of 3 year hands-on Workday Reporting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

• 4 Full Life-Cycle Workday Data implementations
• Experience within Education/Government projec
• Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
• Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systems
• Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
