Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Operations Team! In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions with our new and existing Franchisees. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping others and thrives on fast paced work with shifting priorities. The position reports directly to the Franchise Support Manager.
Job Duties:
· Manage franchisee onboarding paperwork
· Finalize and schedule Franchisee Training
· Process Franchisees I-9’s utilizing E-Verify
· Work with and communicate to other teams as it relates to the franchisee onboarding process
· Creates Business Insurance Quotes for franchisees and submits Insurance Proposals
· Communicates with franchisees and addresses questions/concerns
· Assist in the recruitment efforts of franchisees (as necessary)
· Send Franchise Applications to interested candidates
· Send Potential Franchisee Direct Deposit forms
· Request FDD/Follow up with acknowledgement of FDD/Answer related questions to FDD
· Find suitable franchisee unit locations while coordinating with Operations Team
· Data entry and database management
· Process and Update Business & Legal name changes
· Enter new information and updates existing information in SAP
· Inventory installments program, Cash Advance Request, Direct Deposit and Fee notifications
· File/Scan necessary paperwork
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative/office role
• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with diverse culture
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP (desired)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent problem-solving and self- learning skills
• Adaptable to a rapidly growing/changing environment
• Detail oriented and organized
