Shift/s Available for this Position:
A shift (Monday - Friday) 6:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs predictive and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.
- Maintains safe work areas and equipment.
- Complies with and promotes company safety policy, procedures, PPE, training, etc.
- Ensures all work, conforms to local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Maintains Building, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
- Timely execution for assigned work orders and service calls ensures high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Maintains and ensures Plant Fire systems are always in good working condition to ensure Fire Safety for all Hitachi Astemo employees visitors and contractors.
- Inspects all fire extinguishers on a regular monthly schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) or more years of experience with facility maintenance maintaining HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems desired.
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred.
- IATF 116949 knowledge preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to push, pull and move equipment and/or supplies in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to distinguish colors.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Inside plant & outside environment. Required to use safety glasses and wear steel toe shoes while performing specific tasks or while in specific manufacturing areas.

Salary : $47,200 - $59,800
