HJL Management Company has been in the business of property development, management and consulting for over 20 years. Company principals are Rick Horn, Ashton Horn and Alexis Horn. The company has provided services for various ownership entities such as Public Housing Authorities, non-profits and private owners. Successful company projects have been in the development of senior citizen housing and support programs.
Role Description
This is a part-time position working 32 hours per week M-F generally 8:00 am - 3:30 pm, may vary depending on occasional board meetings. Prepare bank deposits, process accounts payable, process payroll, process monthly rent rolls, process quarterly and year-end reports, prepare board meeting agendas, attend board meetings and take minutes, assist with other office duties as assigned. Will be responsible for quality control of programs. Valid driver's license, ability to pass a criminal background check. Confidentiality a must!
