The ideal candidate for this position is an established Hotel Sales executive
Essential functions of this position:
Build relationships with clients and make personal visits to target companies within local/regional market.
Responsible for the corporate and/or association sales market
Dedicate time to direct telephone sales, internet prospecting and direct cold calls within the corporate/association market.
Maintain existing account files and solicit new accounts.
Set-up site inspections and follow through with outstanding presentations to clients.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Prefer no less than 2 years of experience in the corporate and/or association sales market/ hospitality industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Aggressive, outgoing and self-motivating individual with a professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Solid knowledge of all MS Office programs, experience with opera PMS and windows , excel is a definite plus.
