Henderson Locker Rotolo Organization is part of Globe Life, the main insurance provider for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Atlanta Braves.
We are rapidly expanding and looking for passionate individuals who are looking to learn and grow a team.
This role is for those looking to get into a leadership position. Leadership roles are based solely on your work ethic and ability. Promotions can happen as quickly or as slowly as your work dictates.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs of your clients by speaking with them over the phone and online, and qualify them for the proper products offered by us.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs.
- Be willing to be coachable, and work as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation
- Strong discipline
- Transportation and Windows-based laptop.
- Former athletes and military strongly encouraged.
