PURPOSE and JOB SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
To support and assist the Production team with summer pollinating and planting.
All responsibilities and activities involve working outside in sweet corn fields. Main work
assignments involve, but not limited to:
• Hand pollination of sweet corn plants
• Plant tissue sampling
• Rouging of sweet corn fields
• Possible assisting in harvest of hand pollination's if needed
• Additional duties may be assigned


Required knowledge & Skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good and consistent observation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Takes direction well and works great in a team environment


Education / Experience:
• Below high school diploma with relevant experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
