- Some work experiences in metal business or with freight forwarding companies (preferred)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate shipments scheduling between supplier and freight forwarder ensuring that fulfillment timelines are achieved
- Manage logistics partners to ensure every shipment is flawlessly executed
- Support organization with logistics expertise in product importation and customs clearance
- Ensure that inventory reconciliation is performed in a timely manner
- Arrange deliveries to customers in a timely manner in order to not disrupt supply chains.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Billing / invoicing customers
- Professionally communicate with customers regarding delivery issues and customer needs/inquiries.
- Other job and responsibilities as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
