We are seeking a dynamic and overly talented person to join our rapidly growing company, playing a vital role in our aggressive expansion plans, and assisting with various HR and recruiting responsibilities.

Job Description:
Your role will be to assist in various HR responsibilities and projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with a great attitude, excellent communication skills, and be well organized and a positive addition to our company culture.
Job Duties to include but not limited to:
- Provide Administrative support for day-to-day HR functions and Duties.
- Provide Clerical and Administrative Support to HR and Executives
- Assist with managing job boards and postings.
- Source candidates for hire.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist in creating policies, processes, and documents.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and assist in benefits plan selection and administration.
- Maintain up to date and accurate employee files.
- Assist with Payroll preparation.
- Assist HR with compliance and State and Federal Reporting
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, Staff assistant or relevant administrative position
- Detailed and Organized
- Degree in Human Resources or related Field
