The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resource function, including record-keeping, Learning Management System updates and full cycle recruiting,
Job Overview:
· Recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, interviews, reference checks and performing background checks.
· Gather and report employee metrics from time to hire and turnover rates per department.
· Tracks work anniversaries and handle other employee recognition/engagement programs and produces monthly company newsletter.
· Coordinate training through the Learning Management System and develop new training to remain compliant with Federal, State, and local laws.
· Assist in maintaining employee digital files in the HRIS system.
· Other HR duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Minimum (1) one year of experience in recruiting management-level employees and (1) one year of experience comparable to HR Coordinator.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proven time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills/Abilities
· Experience in full cycle recruiting
· Experience with Learning Management Systems
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
