Controller - $1000 SIGN ON BONUS

We are excited to continue to grow and add to our fun, motivated and knowledgeable staff. We are looking for a Controller to add to our staff in Green Bay, Wi!

Controller Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the institution’s cash and investment management activities
• Assists in the management of the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities
• Generates revenue
• Participates in the analysis of financial implications of capital projects and expenditures, managed care contracts, new services/programs
• Financial controls are maintained; understands benchmarking data and investigates unusual variances from best practice and other peer groups

• Recommends appropriate actions and strategies to respond to projected economic trends and/or regulatory changes to achieve financial objectives
• Makes business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures
• Prioritizes work team tasks; Serves as Team Leader for specific initiatives/projects as requested

• Coordinates the production of financial statements, including budget variance and productivity reports.

• Observes and provides feedback to the Executive Team on effectiveness of organizational activities/initiatives

• Oversees business operations of the affiliate and exercises discretion and independent judgment.

Controller Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, but a Masters degree preferred
• 3 years of related experience in a healthcare setting
• Certified Public Accountant license preferred
• Be able to work with other health professionals, patients, and their families in a respectful, holistic, and collaborative manner.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office programs and industry specific software.
• Overall physical requirements with the ability to transport medical/treatment equipment, standing, bending, walking, stairs, and manual dexterity.

HME just started a $1000 New Hire Bonus! We are also doing an internal referral bonus of $500
