Clear Com is currently recruiting for a Accounting Administrator In this role, you will assist with both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Responsible for maintaining, entering and processing all vendor invoices, payments and inquiries. This position will provide back up support to the Credit/Collections Administrators along with billing and monthly reconciliations.
What you will do in the position:
- Accounts Receivables Functions
- Process credit care and ACH payments
- Apply and post cash receipts
- Process weekly parts/repair billing
- Process service call billing
- Update and set up customer accounts
- Accounts Payable functions
- Set up vendor accounts and maintain W9’s
- Match invoices to receivers and purchase orders, verifying quantities and charges
- Interact with Purchasing to ensure accuracy of purchase order
- Process vendor payments weekly via check or ACH
- Review daily bank transactions
- Distribute mail
- Process annual 1099s
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong communication/customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures with flexibility for changing responsibilities
- 3 years related experience
- High School Diploma required, degree preferred
Pay Range: $16.25 to $20.28hr This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
