HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Demand Planning Manager we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will be developing the demand forecast activities associated with customers and products. Executes and maintains forecast models for products, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, product management, supply chain, and finance.
What you will do in the position:
- Lead the company-wide SIOP monthly process.
- Interact with the sales team, product management, inventory control, finance, and supply chain in demand planning operations.
- Research demand drivers, including sales plans, new products, and historical sales trends.
- Identify and communicate demand forecast risks.
- Develop statistical forecast models.
- Develop and manage demand forecast.
- Provide input to the Centralized Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- MPS management to agreed forecast, including change approval.

- Prepare and maintain relevant reports and metrics pertaining to the demand planning process.
What you will need to succeed in this position:
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including, advanced knowledge using Excel
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience: 10 years
- Education: BA/BS (college graduate) - Preferred
- Travel: 10%
Pay Range: $85,125.00 – $113,500.00 This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
