The Mgr, Financial Planning manages day to day activities in the organization's business development and corporate planning functions. Job responsibilities include assisting business development opportunities, which may include potential investments, acquisitions of physician practices, joint ventures, management service agreements (MSA), service line development and partnerships.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong knowledge of not-for-profit accounting.
- Must be highly computer literate, including advanced use of Excel.
- Must be willing to roll up sleeves / hands on.
- Must be able to establish effective working relationships with Senior Management and Staff at all levels of the organization.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other related field.
- Experience in consolidations of a multi-subsidiary or multi-unit organization.
