What We Need:

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our HNI team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical part in supporting both ongoing and new IT initiatives that drive business growth and will have the opportunity to collaborate with members across many functional areas. Our team driven atmosphere and strong leadership provides continued opportunities for growth and progression throughout HNI and the Technology Enterprise.

What You Will Do:

• Understand business and propose the best implementation strategy
• Strong understanding of current and future eCommerce and CMS capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to customers and make recommendations to leverage applicable features
• Demonstrate eCommerce and CMS capabilities by implementing Proof of Concept pilots and producing the supporting documentation.
• Responsible for identification and inventory of customer process pain points, other requirements and gaps in best practices.
• Conduct requirements and solution concept workshops
• Facilitate business process analysis and automation discussions
• Create detailed design and configuration specification
• Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use analysis / diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes.
• Provide user experience modeling/wireframes
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage eCommerce and CMS functionality.
• Heavy involvement in user acceptance test planning
• Maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors to achieve project goals, where necessary.
• Participate in the creation and management of team best practices, standards and policies

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Liberal Arts, Business or Engineering; or equivalent combination of associates degree education and experience required
• eCommerce and CMS Certification(s) preferred
• 1 years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a professional services consulting organization.
• 1 years eCommerce technologies
• 1 years CMS technologies (Drupal 8 preferred)
• 1 years Digital Asset Management technologies (Acquia DAM and Cloudinary preferred)
• Technology administration and configuration experience
• Knowledge of Cloud implementations and management preferred
• Understanding of System Release Management, Implementation & Adoption
• Experience with data migration and integration concepts, tools and design
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Technical knowledge of PC hardware and software products and support
