We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role will place a strong emphasis on designing graphics tailored for Amazon and expertise in creating eCommerce conversion-focused designs.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will be responsible for producing visually stunning and conversion-oriented design materials that engage our target audience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment will be essential in achieving our digital content goals.
This is a hybrid position requiring a weekly on-site presence. This person can be located near our Muscatine, Iowa or Chicago office.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager to understand project objectives and design requirements for high-priority Amazon content and other eCommerce initiatives.
- Create visually appealing and high-converting digital assets for Amazon product listings, advertisements, and eCommerce campaigns.
- Ensure all design materials align with the overall brand strategy and guidelines, with a strong emphasis on driving sales and conversions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all eCommerce platforms.
- Stay up to date with design trends and technologies relevant to Amazon and eCommerce, continuously improving the quality of our digital content.
- Provide input on creative concepts and strategies to enhance user engagement and boost conversion rates.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and eCommerce objectives.
- Prepare design files optimized for digital distribution in eCommerce.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design work tailored for Amazon and eCommerce platforms
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma/Adobe XD/other comparable UI/UX tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, with a focus on driving eCommerce conversions.
- Expertise with Amazon's design and content requirements for product listings and advertising, including but not limited to product detail page carousels and A content as well as brand stores.
- Experience in creating graphics optimized for eCommerce conversion is highly desirable.
What You’re Good At:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, especially in the context of eCommerce strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency, with a goal of maximizing sales and engagement.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies, particularly in the eCommerce and Digital Marketing space.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a remote team.

Salary : $52,400 - $66,300
