IT Analyst

What We Need:

We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team. This individual will be a part of HNI's Governance, Risk, and Compliance team and will be responsible for maintaining a compliance program and frame work to manage risk and achieve regulatory compliance

• Support HNI’s IT SOX compliance program and drive improvement opportunities
• Contribute to HNI’s Digital Transformation initiative by setting expectations around governance for cloud risk and security compliance
• Assist in the implementation of HNI’s data privacy compliance program
• Identify and drive automation of controls and process improvements within GRC space
• Establish and maintain GRC tools for controls, risk, compliance, privacy, and audit delivery
• Facilitate and execute control activities in support of annual compliance requirements
• Be a trusted business advisor by developing business relationships and providing value-add assurance, advice and insight to IT and key business stakeholders on governance, risk, compliance, control improvement matters, and key initiatives

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certifications in IT Audit, Controls, Security Compliance, and/or Privacy (CISA,CRISC,CIPP,etc) preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience auditing or supporting SOX and/or Privacy Compliance programs
• Experience with Big 4, public company compliance, and/or PCAOB guidance
• General experience with GRC toolsets, such as AuditBoard
• Experienced in designing, testing, and evaluating controls to meet operational effectiveness
• Ability to convey information to non-technical audiences in a way that inspires adoption and adherence to policies and programs
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks; (e.g. CSA, SOX, NIST CSF, CCPA, COBIT)
