Machine Operator, 2nd Shift, $15.50-22.00

We have multiple Machine Operator jobs available in our HNI Workplace Furnishings Operations facilities in Muscatine, IA. 

• $15.50-22.00 per hour based on prior warehouse experience and forklift skills.
• 2nd shift: MON-THUR, 2:45PM - 1:15AM

Job duties include: 

• Operating automated equipment used in the production process or assist machine operators. Examples of equipment include: saws, presses, benders, injection mold, lasers, fabric cutting, edge banders, spot welder, packing equipment, etc.
• Follow standard work processes and adhering to all quality standards and safety rules.
• Maintain a work pace that supports production goals.
• Member will be expected to maintain flexibility and will occasionally perform other roles.
• Perform basic quality checks according to standard work.
• Maintain clean area.
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
• At times, may be required to operate a forklift to move material.

Requirements
