HNI Corporation, an industry leader in workplace furnishings, is in search of a Supply Chain Analyst to join their Furniture Operations Procurement team of HON and Allsteel in Muscatine, Iowa!

Supply Chain Analysts are part of a large network of Supply Chain professionals within HNI Corporation and play an integral part in the overall success of planning, procurement, and material flow operations throughout our organization. In our current opening, your focus will be on procurement technologies, specifically Oracle Cloud Procurement and Procure to Pay. Your will be the subject matter expert supporting the use of P2P and continuous improvement efforts. This role offers exposure to many different aspects of Supply Chain functions, and offers great opportunity for contribution, development, and advancement!

Some of the essential aspects of the Supply Chain Analyst position include:

  • Maintain procurement master data, and act as procurement subject matter expert
  • Administer change management protocols to ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Conduct supplier readiness assessments for Oracle Cloud
  • Work closely with technical teams and other SME's to gather and ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately.
  • Create, maintain, and provide business and system training to end-users

What it Takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain, inventory or materials-focused capacity
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain systems and understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
