Account Merchandising Manager

What We Need:

We are looking for an Account Merchandising Manager in our Muscatine, Iowa headquarters location.

As an Account Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for managing all merchandising activities for the assigned account. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver business performance reviews and guide marketing efforts and execute the account management strategy to meet business needs and build long term strategic value for the business.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborates with leadership to develop account strategic vision and goals to support profitable unit sales growth.

• Builds strong relationships and exercises flexibility in approach to negotiate with internal / external stakeholders.

• Partners with Channel Marketing to build marketing plans that will enhance the overall brand, drive customer traffic, and deliver return on investment.

• Establishes programs, pricing, promotions, and incentives to support all account segments.

• Manages customer and account communication (and impact) associated with assortment changes, product discontinuations, price adjustments, and promotional activities.

• Champions initiatives to drive business, including content investments, sales engagement, and new programs.

• Defines private label strategy for account and works cross-functionality to bring new products to market.

• Collaborates with demand planning to accurately forecast on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Leads annual catalog review process and engages appropriate counterparts to participate in discussions.

• Maintains strong working knowledge of all assortments associated with account – Able to lead discussions.

• Participates in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferred.
