Associate Workplace Experience Manager - Projects

What We Need:

We are looking for an Associate Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in Muscatine, IA!

As an Associate Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for focusing on the office & building management, supporting member and customer experience within the workplace, and collaborating with cross functional teams. This role will have specific accountability to ensuring campus facility projects are managed within established timelines.

What You Will Do:

• Manage employee and daily operations to increase individual wellbeing, productivity, operational and organizational success, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned building operations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external office events as needed, including technology and vendor support.
• Support facility planning, occupancy, and utilization standards within the HNI facility. Support moves, adds and changes as needed.
• Collaborate with facilities and operations to ensure routine repairs and maintenance are managed. Provide strong project management skills to guide internal and external teams through projects or ongoing maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Assign and manage security access for members, guests, and vendors.
• Provide support services that include but are not limited to concierge, reception, room management and scheduling, meeting and event management, member and client engagements, office supplies, moves, adds, changes.

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in office administration or project management preferred or equivalent experience in management, business, and/or hospitality.
• 3 or more years of work experience in a hospitality or service role, with expanded responsibilities.

• Knowledge of building space allocation, layout facilities, planning and projects is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Excellent vendor management skills.
• Strong dispute resolution and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage many projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
