Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday-Friday
SUMMARY:
The IS Coordinator position will provide overall operational efficiency improvement in the various areas of IT. This position will support the day-to-day functions and tasks associated with supporting IT projects, implementations, and support assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for submitting requests for quotes, monitoring and tracking of equipment orders through various vendors including tracking of stock inventory levels for IT equipment.
2. Participates in patient service center (PSC) and acute care lab (ACL) project meetings and maintains layout diagrams of equipment locations. Manages up to date inventory of assets per location.
3. Authors IT announcements for upcoming outages, new services and other department or company wide information sharing. Assists with creation of regularly published eNewsletter of IT information.
4. Acts as the change management coordinator ensuring that change requests are entered, approved, and closed in a timely manner with appropriate approvals and notifications.
5. Maintains database listing of various software licenses ensuring compliance with regulations regarding the requirement for legal copies of in-use software and the license renewal process for continuous systems operations.
6. Manages vendors and purchasing contracts as well as department expense and capital budget tracking and processes invoices.
7. Monitors various systems, processes, and/or jobs to ensure continuous operation reporting issues to an appropriate SME for resolution and performs various error monitoring with resolution involving various systems.
8. Assists with basic setup, training and troubleshooting of telepresence meetings.
9.Coordinates employee access requests to include definition, assignment and documentation.
10. Attends department wide IS meetings to document meeting minutes, action items and follow-ups. Maintains a list of active projects and priorities while providing updates to stakeholders on progress.
11. Performs other duties as deemed appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Three plus years’ experience in a corporate environment with a base understanding of industry standard IT processes, procedures and terminology as well as a base understanding of budgeting tracking.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to work independently; demonstrate initiative and analytical ability; and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
Computer Skills:
General computer skills including Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio), etc. General knowledge of telepresence and video conferencing including Teams and WebEx.
