What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Clerk/Cashier position at HobbyTown Redmond?
Join Redmond HobbyTown in our new store at our new location in Redmond Town Center! We’re looking for someone to help with retail floor sales, ringing up customers, helping them find cool stuff and otherwise help make our store a fun place to visit for people of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers. Help them find cool stuff!
- Run the register. Sell cool stuff to people!
- Answer customers’ questions. Help them know what they are getting!
- Merchandising. Check in cool new products and showcase them!
- Communicate with the team to provide excellent customer service.
- Inform customers about special offers. Help them save money!
Skills
- Work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role is a plus
- Understanding of the retail sales process is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures (preferred, not required)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts
