What You'll Do:
Develop and oversee a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy through regular research and benchmarking
Oversee the effective use of human resource systems for payroll processing, benefits, and employee programs
Manage the development, implementation, and administration of accurate and equitable payroll and compensation programs
Make recommendations regarding salary structure, salary grades, and market rates for specific jobs or functional areas
Work with benefits administrator to ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment in employee benefits and forms of leave
Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and compensation packages in terms of employee satisfaction, including impact on recruitment and retention
Oversee implementation of all employee engagement, reward, and recognition programs
Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
Ensure timely completion of all year-end reporting
Work closely with the legal team to ensure company’s compliance with Federal, State, and local labor laws
Maintain confidentiality and instills trust within the organization
Occasional travel required
Work toward continuous improvement
Stay current with changing technology
Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
