POSITION SUMMARY
The Line Cook prepares the highest quality food per Lucille’s exact specifications. They are responsible for preparing all food orders in a timely manner, accommodating all guest modifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Opens, maintains cleanliness of and closes station
Stocks station and checks quality of all products
Prepares all items needed according to recipe during shift
Follows all safety and sanitation procedures
Performs opening, on-going, and closing sidework duties
Follows and understands all company procedures and policies
Completes training of kitchen tools and appliances before use
Follows MSDS book for proper guidelines for use of chemicals and sanitation products
