Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the staff of the two shops (scheduling, assignments, and oversight).
- Ensuring the availability of proper supplies and equipment (interacting with several vendors).
- Acting as liaison for University-approved express shipping vendors.
- Providing assistance and guidance to internal clients.
- Requesting bids for external print jobs.
- Scheduling bulk mailings with outside mail houses.
- Managing price schedules, invoices, and chargebacks.
- Managing the online print ordering system.
- Processing reports and finances.
- Obtaining and managing mailing lists.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must maintain an up-to-date understanding of USPS postal rules, guidelines, and techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of printing and paper technology and trends.
- Possess working knowledge of online print-shop software and be able to process print requests from submission to printing when needed.
Salary : $61,400 - $77,800
