Role & Responsibilities:
- Play the primary day-to-day management liaison between clients and company's resources on all engagements that are assigned
- Anticipate concerns and address them prior to becoming an issue of consequence
- Ensure resolution for all concerns has been accomplished in a timely manner and as equitable manner as possible
- Be engaged with users
- work to be done and follow up to ensure completion within the project schedule
Skill Set Required:
- A proven track record in Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops/ Dynamics AX implementation project management
- Partner based project management experience
- Strong understanding and experience within the end to end ERP implementation project life cycle
- Diverse industry/business process exposure, ideally including retail, distribution, or manufacturing,
- Min 5 year experience as a project manager implementing ERP solution in the areas of retail or distribution or manufacturing
- Good working knowledge of the MS D365 F&O product
