What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Hoggan Scientific LLC?
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, receipts and payments, candidate will be working closely with our team, will be processing accounts payable and receivable ,manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate is familiar with QuickBooks and Zoho Books, ,the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. We are looking for Part Time employee and are offering flexible hours. We are small company of 9 employees with a relax atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- General Ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function
- Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes
- Performing Bank, Vendor, and Credit Card reconciliation
Skills
- Knowledge and practice of basic accounting principles.
- Strong math and logic
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to communicate both in verbal and written form in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration ( Preferrable not required)
- One year bookkeeping required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
